Parts and additional work are charged separately where required. They are discussed before proceeding. The domestic call-out starts from £50; commercial call-out is £150.
Can you complete the repair during the visit?
The engineer diagnoses the fault and repairs it during the visit where possible. The work needed and availability of suitable parts determine whether another visit is required.
Can a landlord or property manager arrange a repair?
Yes. Provide the property address, appliance details and the contact who can give the engineer access. Discuss any entry, tenant contact or parking arrangements when booking.
